- Oh my, Skrull burgers? I heard that Skrull Kill Krew was an… interesting… comic but… wow.
- Oh, this could be an interesting parlor game question if you heard that eating natto encouraged weight loss would that get you to incorporate it into your diet?
- News of upcoming Battlestar Galactica action figures has me tempted to buying action figures for the first time since DC released an Invisible Kid action figure (for the obvious reason).
- I see that City of Heroes finally got its long-awaited crafting system as much as being an inventor sounds neat, I’ll wait until the long-awaited skills system, since my favorite superhero characters were intelligence-gatherers.
- FX’s next drama debut, the Eddie Izzard and Minnie Driver-starring The Riches will debut March 12. The teaser ads airing during Dirt certainly make this one sound interesting.

Yes - Skrull burgers. Skrull Kill Krew is a very interesting comic. Not very good, but interesting. I’m not sure exactly where the book falls down, but it just doesn’t meet the level of quality one might expect from a book about a group of people being slowly driven insane by a disease picked up from eating hamburgers made from Skrull…

What City of Heroes needs more than a skill system per se is just *any* sort of noncombat/rescue missions. If I’m going to be a superhero, I want to rescue somebody from a burning building, or even a kitten from a tree, not *just* punch out the bad guys.
Apologies if CoH has fixed this notable lack in the time since I last checked it out…

Scott, I’d agree, CoH needs something to break up the battle/traveling to battle dynamic it had… at least it did after losing the distinction between power sets when it introduced “enhancement diversity” The previously announced skills system is ideal since it’d be a non-combat system that would duplicate a level of superhero action.
